There isn't one on any print method. A single piece is priced fairly against that item's real setup and print cost — it will cost more per piece than a large order, because fixed costs like a screen or a digitizing file spread across fewer pieces, but the order itself is never refused.

Because that's the honest math. Screen printing and embroidery both have a real fixed cost up front (burning a screen, digitizing a logo) that exists whether you order 1 piece or 100. Spread across more pieces, that fixed cost gets smaller per piece. We show that fixed cost separately so you can see exactly what you're paying for, instead of guessing at a padded "small order fee."

No. Screen and digitizing files are kept on record, so a reorder of a design we've already produced skips the setup fee entirely — at any quantity, including a single piece.

Simple 1–4 color designs at quantity 6+ on cotton usually favor screen printing. Full-color, gradient, or photo-detail designs, or small quantities, usually favor DTG. Yes, across every method. Screen printing and DTG both use a white ink underbase on dark fabric so the design sits on top properly; DTF's film-transfer process handles dark and unusual fabric colors especially well.

A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG) is ideal for screen printing. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works well for DTG and DTF. For embroidery, we digitize from whatever image you have — even a low-res logo, since digitizing rebuilds it as a stitch file regardless of the source resolution.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days for DTG/DTF and 5–7 business days for screen printing or embroidery, counted from art/design approval, not from when you first reach out. Rush turnaround is available — ask when you request a quote.

Cold water wash, inside-out, tumble dry low or hang dry, and never iron directly over a printed design. That single routine is the biggest factor in how long any print — screen printed, DTG, or DTF — stays looking new.

Not under normal care if it was cured correctly at the shop level. Cracking is almost always a curing problem (not enough heat or time during production), not a fabric or washing problem — which is why the same full cure standard applies whether it's a 1-piece or 100-piece order here.
