Small orders deserve a clear answer.

Joe Knows Shirts helps people compare custom-apparel options without making them guess at the method, quantity, or next step.

Reviewing an order and print method in person

Have an order in mind? Share the garment, quantity, and design idea, and ask for the method that fits the job.

Why order size changes the method

Custom apparel involves different setup and production steps depending on the garment, artwork, and quantity. A small order may call for a different method than a larger run. Asking for a quote before production gives you a chance to compare the recommendation and itemized price.

What to include in a quote request

Tell us the garment or product, approximate quantity, design idea, and the date you need it. If you already have art, include it with the request. That context makes it easier to discuss the right decoration method and a realistic next step.

Standards

What doesn't get compromised for a small order.

Same Art Check

Every design, regardless of quantity, gets the same print-readiness review before production.

Same Cure/Stitch Standard

One shirt gets cured to the same full temperature and time as a fifty-shirt run — no shortcuts on small orders.

Same Quality Check

Every piece is visually inspected before packing, whether it's one of one or one of two hundred.

Same File Retention

Your screen or digitizing file is kept on record either way, so a reorder skips the setup fee at any quantity.

Bring us your order, whatever the size.
