Is there really no minimum order?
Really. A single shirt, hat, or hoodie is priced fairly at that item's actual setup and print cost — it costs more per piece than a 50-shirt order would, because fixed costs like screens or digitizing spread across fewer pieces, but you're never told to come back when you have a bigger order.
Which print method is right for my order?
Depends on your design and fabric. Simple 1–4 color designs on cotton in quantity 6+ usually favor screen printing. Full-color or photo-detail designs, or small orders, usually favor DTG. Polyester or blend fabric usually needs DTF. Polos, jackets, and hats usually go embroidered. We'll recommend based on your actual order, not a default.
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days for DTG/DTF and 5–7 for screen printing or embroidery, from art approval. Rush options are available — ask when you request a quote.
Do you serve areas outside Indianapolis proper?
Yes — Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville, Avon, Brownsburg, Plainfield, Greenwood, Franklin, Whitestown, Lawrence, and Speedway are all in the regular service area. See the Service Areas page for local turnaround notes for each.
